    John, you may never see this comment but as an ex player myself & a Parramatta supporter since 1977 I watched the 1976 GF today & thought you had a great game. As good as anything I have seen.

    I went to school with John at the Taree catholic school n he was a great athlete n a nice easy going likeable kid. What a shame he had a fair bit of life in front of him yet. Rest easy John.
