Match Notes
Match ended in second period of extra time, with Goldthorpe kicking the winning field goal in the 104th minute of the game. Langer, D.Smith, Green, Lockyer and Ross all missed a field goal attempt, while Goldthorpe missed 2 field goal attempts.
It was revealed after the match that the TAB accepted bets for a drawn result, when it later became apparent that a draw was impossible.
